Large living spaces inside and out with picturesque views make this the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature year round. Close to skiing, snow-shoeing, snowmobiling - Pond Brook is a perfect getaway in the winter as well!
The house is split into two levels - upper and lower with a heated two story mudroom area connecting the two.
The lower level includes:

Pond Brook is conveniently located to some of the best Adirondack attractions. Schroon Lake is right around the corner - less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch and beach. Dozens of hiking trails are nearby. Whitewater and flat-water canoeing and fishing opportunities abound. There are endless quiet roads for biking and off-road alternatives for mountain bikers. Gore Mountain is 20 minutes away, Lake George and Fort Ticonderoga are 30 minutes away, Saratoga is 45 minutes away, Lake Placid an hour drive and Montreal is a 2 hour drive.
