Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
Parking: There is room for 6 cars using both the garage and driveway. Overflow parking is available on Seabutterfly street.

On the ground level, you’ll find parking spaces for up to six cars in the driveway and garage. The first floor space is bathed in elegant neutral tones, while the lofted ceiling is accented with gorgeous lighting. The massive kitchen is anchored by a chef-inspired gas range topped with a custom vent hood. Dark cherry wood cabinets are topped with marble workspaces. A large island has a deep sink and double dishwashers— a dream when you’re cooking for large groups. Right off the kitchen is a half bath.
Step into the comfy living area, where a flatscreen television makes this spot ideal for cuddling up for a movie night in with your whole crew and a huge bowl of popcorn. A wall of windows faces the quiet neighborhood and the shoreline beyond. The first bedroom is located just off this living space and has two queen-size beds and an en suite bathroom with a marble-topped, double vanity.
Head up the staircase to the third-floor bedrooms. A master suite has a king-size bed and access to the second level deck. The white marble en suite bathroom is like having your own private spa— complete with a grand, free-standing, clawfoot tub for soaking. A secondary master suite on this floor also has a king-size bed and private, attached bathroom. Another bedroom is a snug bunk room for kids of all ages— with a full-over-full bunk, two twin-over-full-bunks, and an attached bathroom. The laundry room sits just at the top of the stairs.
On the penthouse level, you’ll find three more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed with 4th level deck access and soaring ocean views. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin-size bed and the third room has four sets of bunk beds— three are twin-over-full and one is twin-over-twin. A game room on this level has a comfy sectional sofa and TV, along with a wet bar and secondary kitchenette space.
The gated Beachside Village neighborhood provides the best of both worlds— you’re close to all of the Galveston attractions while never being more than a few steps away from the warm, sugary sand of the beach. Just minutes from the Seawall, restaurants, and grocery shopping— yet with your own private community beach access point— the location of this home is simply unmatched. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
