Sunny Hill is a stunning, secluded cottage in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Built on the hillside inits own generous garden grounds, it enjoys incredible, uninterrupted views across the sea to the Outer Hebrides and the Isle of Skye. The entire cottage has been completely refurbished and modernised by the current owners. It provides the best of modern living in a stunning location All ground floor. The lounge/ dining is furnished with a feature electric fire in the original fireplace, sofas, and chairs seating up to 6 guests, and large triple-aspect windows maximising the stunning views the property offers. The solid wood dining table and chairs is located at the far end of the room. The modern kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, electric oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and ample kitchenware. The utility room has a sink, fridge, separate freezer, and a washing machine. The large family bathroom consists of a bath, a separate shower, a toilet, and a wash basin. The master bedroom offers guests fantastic sea views, a double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps, and a wardrobe.
