This condo is just a 3-minute walk from James Chabot Provincial Park and the winter Whiteway on Lake Windermere. Plus, itโ€™s within walking distance of Invermereโ€™s quaint downtown, offering a variety of restaurants and shops. There is a heated and secure parking stall inside the underground parkade for your vehicle as well, which is a bonus in the winter.
PLEASE NOTE:
**Communal Outside Pool is typically open May long weekend through to last weekend of September. The pool may be closed at any time by the Condo Board, outside the control of the condo owner.
**Hot Tub is available year round but may also be closed at any time without the owners control.
