BBQ on your front deck overlooking a private bay and a new private swim dock. Guest cottage above the single slip boathouse has one bedroom (queen) plus 2 bunks for kids, full bathroom, and kitchen with sink, fridge, and microwave. There is a bbq on the private deck plus a living/dining room. There is a 2-sided finger dock beside the boathouse long enough to accommodate a 28 foot boat. It's gorgeous and convenient.
