Step inside this elegantly home crafted of oversized British Columbian logs, and into an inviting great room with soaring ceilings, a beautiful stone gas log fireplace and open layout with ample room for entertaining. Relax on the leather couches to watch your favorite movie as the sun bathes the room in warm light through the oversized windows. The chefs in your group will love the spacious kitchen with ample granite counter space and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 cafe-style chairs at the kitchen bar ang room for 8 at the dining room table, so everyone can enjoy meals together.
The main floor features a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom and a shared full bath, while upstairs boasts a large King suite with its own balcony and a loft area for relaxing or taking in the view through the floor to ceiling windows. Downstairs you will find a gorgeous game room with pool table and another gas fireplace with TV, plus a fourth room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a third full bath. Each bedroom has its own TV, and you'll enjoy watching all of your favorite shows with the Premium cable package offered here!

Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home or requesting an exception to this rule.
- The King suite on the upper level is mostly enclosed from the loft but the wall between the bedroom and the loft does not extend all the way to the ceiling, so it is not soundproofed.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
