This charming beach cottage is the perfect spot for a Galveston vacation! It is located just over a block from the beach. There are restaurants within walking distance. You wouldn't need to use your car during your stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, has a nice courtyard to grill and hang out, and you can see the surf and sand from the elevated front porch. What else do you need?

LOCATION: Sandy Feet Retreat is one and 1/2 block off of Seawall Blvd. A quick and easy stroll to put your toes in the sand or go for a swim. Within a mile from the house there are several restaurants like Salt grass Steak House, Texadelphia, Denny's and even Jack In The Box. You are 1.1 miles from Galveston Historic Pleasure Pier, 1.3 miles from The Strand Historic District, and 6 miles from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

INSIDE THE HOUSE: This 1 bed / 1 bath cottage comfortably sleeps 5 adults. The bedroom has a Queen bed, the front living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, and the second living area has a full size futon. The full size kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your own meals including pots and pans, dishes, silverware and utensils. There is a standard coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, and full size refrigerator. There is also a full size washer and dryer inside the house for your laundry needs. Linens and towels are provided for your stay. Because of the close proximity to the Seawall, there are parking passes in the house that allow for 2 cars to park in front of the house. These parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard to park in front of the home, or you will be ticketed. Any additional cars will have to pay for parking through the Payphone parking app, at a cost of about $16 per day. If you lose a parking pass or do not leave them in the house when you check out, there will be replacement fee of $100 each.

OUTSIDE THE HOUSE: Enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening on the front porch with a view of the water. Grill your dinner on the charcoal grill in the private, fenced-in courtyard. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood on a walk around the block, or the short walk to the beach.

We maintain a family atmosphere for the peaceful enjoyment of our Galveston neighbors and guests. We require a rental age of 25 years and up.
