Imagine your morning five minute walk through the Creekside park to Starbucks, followed by watching the wildlife on Lake Sumter. Sitting on your veranda having a glass of afternoon refreshments when you hear live tunes you love, and dash over to dance on Lake Sumter square.
Letโs start with the best location which is the Village of Creekside Landing right in the center of The Villages adjacent to Lake Sumter Landing. With only a short 2 minute walk to Lake Sumter and a 5 minute walk to get to the center of the Lake Sumter Landing Square. If walking isn't your "thing", then feel free to utilize the custom 2-person golf cart or even the His and Her bikes provided with this home.
Engage in your favorite activities like swimming, tennis, shuffle board, pickleball and so much more at the nearby recreation centers. Play golf at the one of the four 27 hole championship courses or ten executive courses, all within a 15 minute cart ride.
The Spanish Springs (to the north) and Brownwood Paddock (to the south) Squares are both about a 20 minute golf cart ride away.
Plus if you have other guests coming and overflowing your home, you are essentially a 2 minute walk to The Waterfront Inn (only the nicest hotel in all of The Villages).
This newly decorated home has luxury furnishings, newer appliances, stunning new easy care engineered wood floors throughout the living areas and master bedroom and a beautiful screened lanai to enjoy the wonderful Florida weather while maintaining your privacy.
You enter the home into the bright neutral colored living areas. The great room is divided into both the living room and the dining room. The living room has a large screen smart HDTV and ample seating. This opens up to the outside screened-in lanai with cozy seating for your morning coffee or just sitting back with the newspaper or a good book. The dining room has a beautiful old-world table with 2 cushioned chairs and a bench seat which provides plenty of seating for you and any guests.
A larger slider opens from the dining room to the outdoor patio where you will find a new gas grill and a private large tropical patio with an outdoor table and chairs for sitting, eating or just enjoying some peace and quiet with an afternoon drink. You can also get to this wonderful patio from the lanai.
If you prefer to cook and eat in, light and open best describes the kitchen, with all stainless-steel appliances, and a large open pass-thru that allows you to still have fun with your guests while cooking, or even watch a bit of TV from the kitchen. The fully outfitted kitchen should allow gourmets of all levels to go wild.
The master suite with on-suite bathroom has a king sized bed with a TV to snuggle up for late night movies. A walk-in closet gives you lots of room to unpack.
For guests the second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, roomy bedside tables, and a large organized closet with lots of room for clothes.
The guest bathroom has a shower over tub.
The laundry area has a high capacity washer and dryer.
We are providing all linens, bath and pool towels, hair dryers, iron, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Just bring your suitcase. Also, an electric 2/4 passenger golf cart (nicknamed the "Minion"), 2 bicycles, also included are a Blu-Ray player for the living room TV. Lastly, High-speed internet/WiFi and daily newspaper.
