SEASCAPE is situated in the prestigious development of Kamares Village, situated just north of Tala, overlooking Paphos and the coastline. A one story villa with superb views of the sea and coastline from every room. The kitchen and lounge are open plan with pretty arches, and very comfortably furnished as a home rather than a rental property. The villa is entered by a large hallway with vaulted ceilings which leads to the comfortable bedroom wing with master en suite with shower, and second bedroom with family bathroom with bath / shower.
This year 2019 we added a sun room which is glorious on overcast or windy days. During the summer the bi fold doors on both sides can be opened so the whole sun room/dining room is opened up and the sea view to be enjoyed. A stunning extension for a stunning home.
Entry to the pool and patio is from either bedroom or from the lounge or sun room area. Breathtaking panoramic views from the pool patio with loungers and shaded areas. A BBQ is in place for alfresco dining.
