The space
This 2600 Sq ft open concept luxury home is just 8 minutes from the Qualicum Beach town. Nestled in the trees, away from the highway, it is the perfect quiet getaway.

There are multiple skylights and ceiling fans throughout the home, crown moulding, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and granite countertops. A new heat pump provides air conditioning and heat.

This is an ideal home for three couples as there are 3 primary bedrooms each with its own ensuite. The home can easily and comfortably accommodate 10 guests.

The huge wrap around deck is partially covered, has a propane fire table, barbecue and lots of seating.
The yard is big enough for badminton, horseshoes, soccer or whatever.
The HOT TUB and HAMMOCK are ready for star gazing.
Two beautiful stone fireplaces flank the living space. The one in the main living space is propane and the other is wood burning. Windows run the entire Oceanside length of the home so the view is always there and spectacular.
This home has a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN for cooking your favourite gourmet meals.
Guest access
This is a shared acreage property with two homes. The other home has its own yard and has a tenant. The tenant does not have access to the hot tub and is a fair distance away. Guests have full use of the yard.

Please be aware this is a bluff property and there is a 100 ft plus drop. Wooden Posts and rope outline the cliff but this feature would be a major concern for young children. There is NO beach access from the property but ocean view access continuously. There are beautiful beaches less then 5 minutes away.

Other things to note
This is a one level home with one step to the home entry.
We have a pack n play, high chair, small table and chairs and books for our young visitors.
There is also a child’s zip line.
