Positive: Messaged the owner well in advance that we might arrive a bit late, but no answer until I went ahead and messaged on WhatsApp too. Then in their reply they informed us that we'd have to stay in another one of their buildings, because the one I booked was being renovated. In their reply they also said that security would be waiting for us, so there won't be any problem. We arrived at 00:15 in the night and spent the next 30 minutes trying to reach someone that would let us in. Finally out of nowhere the security guy did show up and let us in. Everything else was very good though.

Summary: Very good rooms, very bad communication
