Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Cottage very clean, extremely comfortable, good heating, hot water and very well equipped in kitchen. Great for our needs!
Negative: Parking- on the road outside is impossible due to the size of camper vans and delivery trucks needing to pass. Behind on the verge was fine until a herd of cows from the field took interest in the car and scratched it twice when rubbing against it with their ear tags and dented it with weight of their bodies. They wouldn’t be shooed off! Had young with them too so very protective of them. Sykes cottages said it wasn’t their problem and refused to amend listing re: parking .
Summary: Great location and very comfortable cottage. Marred by parking issue.
