Positive: It’s a nice property. Good amenities, the pool table was really fun, kids went in the pool. Walking distance from the beach. Food lion and Harris teeter close by.

Negative: The house itself wasn’t to dirty. I took a bath in the jet tub and it was discussing. I would not suggest bathing only shower. The bed was very uncomfortable it hurt my back pretty bad. There was super thick pollen on the porches, so much so that I swept the porch myself and it was clean the rest of the time. The hot tub was something I was looking forward to the most, and it wouldn’t heat up. It stayed about bath water temperature.
