The 'Continually Renovated' unit offers you the tranquility and spectacular views you have been searching for. As a Guest of our condo, you will enjoy the endless sights and sounds of the beach and ocean waves. Or you can just relax on a recliner and take in the sun, on one of the multi-layered decks by the pool. There are 2 Bedrooms: The Master bedroom with Private bath, Queen Size Bed, Cable Flat-screen TV and your own entrance to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin/single beds. The living room offers a queen size convertible sofa, sliding glass door to your balcony and cable flat-screen TV with DVD. With all the conveniences of home, the kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and plenty of room for the preparation of any meal. For your comfort there is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as oversized machines off the main court yard of the condominium.
A 3% cost will be added to your total payment if a credit card is used and will be deducted from your security deposit at the end of your stay.
