Summary: Everyone was so nice. Service was excellent. Only problem was they charged me for hotel transportation to and from airport. Which I didn’t order. I did try to order service with phone calls to resort and sent them my itinerary with no response back so I got another service outside of hotel. They made me pay for it which I wasn’t happy about. They wouldn’t even hear me out. I have been to many places and never once had such a problem with management. They didn’t even care. When we arrived they said we would not have to pay and they would take care of it. Than the night before we checked with front desk and they said all was good. But next morning while checking out was a different story So I will not be going back to the resort again. We did have a great time but the end put a bad taste.
