Sunset Dreams is a richly remodeled and appointed gulf front townhome that is 25 steps to the beach sand. The Villa is unique with awe inspiring direct gulf views and amazing sunsets, as well as sunrise views over the bay. The property includes exclusive access to over 380 feet of Gulf beach frontage, deep-water direct access boating, lush landscaping, and a large tropical pool with spa; all shared by only 4 other Villas. The home is located in the now expanded golf cart zone on the island.

This Villa is almost 2400 sq. ft. with 10 foot vaulted, tray and cathedral ceilings giving it a much larger feel, three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The beach and ocean are less than 30 steps from the house. The Villa is walking distance by beach or road to Captiva Village's many shops and restaurants.
Well Appointed and Equipped Townhome: Luxury awaits you in this 2400 sq. ft. three bedroom, two and a half bath home. Upgrades include granite, marble and glass tile, an elevator, five flat screen televisions, HDTV in the main Living room, 4 DVD players (including one in each bedroom), Wii play station, high-speed wireless internet, Blue tooth stereo sound system, iPod docking stations in each bedroom, and all high-end appliances including Bosch, Jenn Air, Kitchenaid, Whirpool, etc.
Comfortable Accommodations:
The upper level has an open format1100 sqft Master Suite which features a new balcony for 180 degree ocean/beach and sunset views, King Bed, modern bathroom with glass and ceramic tile, dual head shower, 2 person spa tub, and a private screened veranda for sunrise views. There is also a work desk area to accommodate your laptop equipped with two monitors and a printer.
The first level includes two guest bedrooms, one with a King Bed and the other with four extra large Bunk Beds including a Double bed over Twin bunk , both with a screened veranda over looking the private back yard and pool area..
Great Location and Amenities: The Villa contains many book selections and several childrenโs and family games for enjoying your vacation. Guests also enjoy a BBQ grill area, and boat dock complete with power and water. Sunset Dreams is part of the five unit Captiva Beach Villas on the highly desired Tween Waterโs stretch which is walking distance to Captiva Village, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
