Summary: The villa has a great location just a few minutes drive away from Championsgate with a great selection of shops and restaurant, and quick access to the I-4. It had ample room for the four of us and the kids loved the pool. It is located in a quiet gated community and felt quite safe, being a good base to use when travelling to all the parks. Whilst some of the villa facilities could do with being updated (such as sinks, taps and blinds) we were happy to stay here and would do again. The owner was always very responsive and happy to help. The only negatives:1) On arrival I had to deal with the bin that had been filled to the top with disgusting waste and left open, so no room for our rubbish and I struggled to even get the bin to kerbside. Clearly not the owners fault but should have been dealt with before arrival. 2) Unfortunately the neighbour consistently let their dog out unattended to poo next to this villa’s pool fence and as a result the pool area would stink most days. Clearly the neighbour just didn’t care and whilst not owners fault it does need addressing. 3) Most of the window blinds are either broken or useless, so kids woke up as soon as it got light.
