Recently updated with a whole house water filtration system, screened in porch off the living room and Cortec flooring this 2 bedroom/2 bath townhome located in Barrier Dunes is the perfect spot for your next getaway. Steps away from the beautiful beaches of Cape San Blas, you'll find everything you need to enjoy the perfect beach getaway.
The first level has the living room (with sleeper sofa and 65" smart TV), deck with grill and outdoor seating, dining area that seats 6, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom with queen bed (there is also a rollaway bed in the closet). The stairs off the deck will take you to the beach access - less than 100 steps separate you and your toes in the sand!
On the second level you'll find the master bedroom oasis. A large open bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, and large master bathroom. You'll also find a full size washer and dryer. The deck has captain's chair perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee while you take in the views.
An outdoor shower with hot and cold running water makes cleaning up from a long day at the beach a breeze.
Barrier Dunes is a gated community on the North end of Cape San Blas. Recently resurfaced tennis courts, two pools (one Gulf front) and a large playground area make it the perfect destination for singles, couples and families.
50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non refundable.
