Positive: I liked the property because it has a nice, pleasant territory and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The large parking lot was also very convenient, especially for guests with cars. Another advantage is the location, with many places nearby where you can go for dinner and enjoy different food options.
Negative: There were a few things that could be improved. There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which was quite uncomfortable. Some of the door handles were also broken, and as a result, the bathroom floor would become completely flooded after every shower. Communication with the servants was sometimes difficult, as they seemed to have only basic knowledge of English and Russian. This occasionally led to misunderstandings, especially because when they did not understand something, they would sometimes simply answer “Yes” instead of asking for clarification. It is also worth keeping in mind that this is more of a Georgian restaurant and event venue than a quiet, peaceful place, despite how it may appear. Expect loud music and celebrations, especially on weekends, so it may not be the best choice if you are looking for a very quiet stay. Finally, breakfast is served only from 10:00 to 12:00. If you have plans for an early departure or need to travel the next morning, remember to ask in advance whether a takeaway breakfast can be prepared.
