Positive: Quiet street. Location/walkable. Plenty of space.
Negative: Mattresses are not good. Pictures were a little deceiving. House has had quite a bit of wear. It was also quite hot and humid the entire week we were there. The air conditioning upstairs can’t keep up. We slept with the windows open and fans running but it was HOT. Could have used more fans in the house at a minimum.
Summary: Good, but I’ve had stayed in nicer rental
