This charming, original cottage is situated directly opposite the pretty beach waterfront, and has stunning water views across Hardy's Bay. With only a two-minute drive to the amazing Killcare Beach and just a 10 minute walk to Hardy's Bay Village, this holiday home is ideally located for your next family getaway.
The secure back balcony has a gas BBQ, ample outdoor furnishings to relax and overlooks the Heath Rd walking track and onto the Pretty Beach waterfront. Just a short walk and you are at the Pretty Beach public wharf and boat ramp, great for fishing and kayaking. The property is also a 15 min easy waterfront walk into the cafes and restaurants of Killcare and Hardys Bay the perfect location.
On entry there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom, including the master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom with heated towel rails. Both bedrooms have private access to the side balcony.
Make your way downstairs to the light filled combined kitchen/living with reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, electric cooktop, dishwasher and all pantry basics.
