Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at The Dorwin Heights. Despite the challenging circumstances following the recent cyclone we did not feel any of the effects. The hotel is brand new and still under construction in some areas, and the surrounding area is still recovering (we could see some landslides, but all roads are cleared) but the staff worked hard to make our stay feel relaxing and enjoyable. The service was impressive - quick, friendly, and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious! The staff deserve a huge shout-out for their warm hospitality, making us feel welcome and cared for. We spent three nights in a Deluxe Room with balcony and we very much enjoyed the balcony, the view, the comfy bed, enough space to empty our backpacks and the clean and new bathroom with an excellent shower. If you're looking for a comfortable and peaceful oasis above the buzzing city, The Dorwin Heights is a great choice!
