Our Townhouse, located in The Falls Community, is a 2-floor home that comfortably sleeps 5 Person and is near everything the Poconos has to offer.
**Before reserving our Townhouse, please review the following:**
The space
Because not every guest will use all of the amenities we offer, we are keeping our nightly cost as low as possible so we can give you the option of using the under these conditions:
• Swimming Pool is currently CLOSED for the season
• Indoor Fireplace - Firewood is not provided(unless there is some leftover) . Firewood can be Purchased at almost any local gas station on the main road (approx. 5 min drive).
• Outdoor PROPANE Firepit - Propane may need to be refilled before use as we cannot guarantee there will be any available (A refill costs approx. $15 at the closest gas station - Turkey Hill)
• Propane BBQ Grill - We try our best to have propane available for use during the summer, but off season (after labor Day), Similar to the firepit, Propane may need to be refilled if you plan on using the grill.
• Private outdoor deck - We are located in a heavily wooded area and the deck is surrounded by trees, while this provides much needed shade in the hot summer months, it does lead to a lot of leaves and twigs settling on the deck.
This is a quiet Townhouse located in the Poconos mountains about 10 minutes away from the Poconos' favorite local activities such as Shawnee Ski Resort, which offers skiing and snow tubing, as well as Keystone Sate's most famous scenic attraction Bushkill Falls (also known as "the Niagara of Pennsylvania").
Upon entering our home you are greeted by a warm and inviting interior with a full-sized kitchen and dining area to the left (equipped with all basic utensils and cookware for your convenience), a beautiful full-bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub (Complementary bath salts, soaps, shampoos, towels and robes are provided for your convenience and comfort), and an open seating area with a fireplace, (Fireplace is available for use, you will just have to bring/purchase firewood separately)
From the living room you can access our outdoor patio/deck that is perfect for lounging/grilling in the summer (Gas grill is available for use)
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a semi-private loft area.
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and adequate Closet space and flat screen TVs for your entertainment (all TVs are equipped with access to Netflix). The Loft area consist of a Queen bed and a Work Desk (with 2 skylights - perfect for bringing natural light into the house). On the same floor is a beautiful full-bathroom
This is the ideal home for a group of friends, a family, couple, or an individual looking to escape everyday life and indulge some leisure time for a few days and nights.
