There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with queen sized beds, a bathroom, and a washer and dryer. There is an additional queen sized bed on the main level. The condo comfortably accommodates small groups, couples, or families. Each bedroom offers a welcoming retreat after a day in Music City, with comfy bedding and simple touches that make you feel right at home. Nashville’s SoBro (“South of Broadway”) neighborhood is one of the main downtown areas, home to major attractions like the the Music City Center, as well as popular restaurants like The Southern, Etch, & Pinewood Social. This area is also a short drive from many other incredible neighborhoods:
- Broadway & Titans Stadium (5 min): Iconic honky-tonks, live music, and NFL action
- Ryman Auditorium & Bridgestone Arena (5 min): Catch legendary shows and big events
- Germantown (5 min): Award-winning dining, boutiques, and the Nashville Sounds stadium

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
