Located in Goolwa Beach, this lovely home is near the famous drive-on beach. Located on the high side of Hazel Street and takes in the amazing sea views over the coastline and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas.
Upstairs along with a large kitchen, living and dining is the main bedroom with 2 way ensuite. You can lay in bed on a lazy Sunday, in fact any day, and look out to the sea. The sea views will have you sitting for hours mesmerised by the divine coastal ambiance. The kitchen enjoys open plan living, while you are cooking you can entertain guests in the family room and walk straight out onto the large ocean facing balcony where you can sit with your favourite glass of wine, enjoying the sea views and sand dunes to your heart's content.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor plus a main large bathroom and separate laundry, all surrounding the 2nd living area, complete with a further large smart TV, DVD and PS3 console.
Unlike other holiday homes, we happily provide our guests with all linens, bedding, and bath towels included within the cleaning fee – this way, you can arrive and unwind stress-free. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable.
Goolwa Golf Course, the wharf prescient, and the Goolwa nature playground are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Tokuremoar Reserve.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet place, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbors who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
