Relax in a peaceful comfortable retreat tucked away from everything , enjoy beautiful views of the foothills, large outdoor deck over looking the pool and HangTown creek, private , quiet,secure sounded by nature, just 4 miles to historic downtown Placerville, which is full of shops featuring local artists, antiques,the oldest working hard ware store west of the Mississippi, restaurants, music and more.Coloma just 6 miles away on the beautiful American river is where gold was discovered a quaint town full of history offers gold panning, white water rafting,go floating down river, hiking and biking trails, restaurants and more. Apple Hill is just 7 miles away and has many wonderful farms were fresh products are yours to pick,pies,produce and more.Many local wineries & brewery's nearby, south lake Tahoe just 1 hour 20 minutes away.

Owner lives in unit below there is a gate located at top of inside stairs and curtains at bottom of stairs, with a separated entrance and parking area located below with her cat buddy who is 15 years old and stays in side mostly is very friendly and sweet .Pool is open June 1st to October 1st depending on weather conditions.
