Summary: Stayed in the front room of the B&B (No 1). Nice location close to the Art Gallery, and not too far to walk into the CBD. Room was good, fitted out as a disabled room, which may or may not be a preference. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our baggage both before and after the stay for flights, however required a phone call as they hadn't replied to two emails. The breakfast was good, options both continental and cooked. Unfortunately there is construction going on next door, from around 7-4 so noise from there. However the front desk is right outside the door, and the window opens on to the driveway, so there is very little feeling of privacy, and you could hear conversations quite clearly. We requested a change of room but unfortunately it was not available. Information in the room folder dated from 2012, so needs an update. A different room may have been a different experience.
