Summary: Room was ok. Would have appreciated if water was available in the room. The shower leaked quite badly. We paid for a welcome plate of treats to be left in the room for arrival. This was forgotten. The receptionist apologised and made sure I wasn’t charged. It was a missed opportunity to offer an alternative gesture to make our stay special. There is no dedicated parking here, we used the public car Park around the corner.
