Start your Northern Michigan adventure in this beautifully-appointed downtown Traverse City condo!
The Ivy overlooks the Old Town district and is three blocks from Grand Traverse Bay. Restaurants, bars, breweries, and a high-end grocer are right on your block. The space has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a pull-out sofa in the living room. High-speed internet, blackout shades in both bedrooms, and streaming tv make this the perfect choice!
The Old Town Parking Deck attached to our building has enclosed ramp parking as well as open parking on the ground floor; both are billed by the hour with a maximum daily rate. EV chargers available in the closed parking.
There is also an option to buy a monthly pass with unlimited parking for $30 total from the downtown Traverse City parking site (we can provide the link).
Note that the monthly pass option does require to stop by the parking office to pick up their swipe card before they enter the parking garage. Unfortunately the city does not allow us to purchase passes for our guests.
Having at least one vehicle to get around would be preferable if you plan to visit any of the attractions in the area, such as the Sleeping Bear Dunes national park, or heading up Old Mission Peninsula for a winery tour. If your intention is to spend all your time in Traverse City, you'll have no problems getting anywhere in town on foot from where you'll be located.
