Positive: Help was available when I needed it, bed very comfortable, quiet, really close to downtown. Chef at The Roses cooked great full breakfast.
Negative: When I arrived, my room was not cleaned at the check in time. They switched my room to one at The Roses but I didn't like it. So had to wait till housekeeping was done cleaning up my room that I had booked. Alot of going back and forth and I was very tired. They gave me a better breakfast which I found out later, all people staying at the Jellybean got. So really was not an upgrade for me. Also they need room darkening curtains as the outside lights shone right through so was hard to get to sleep. Likely will not chose to stay here again.
