The KY Bourbon Suite is a NON-SMOKING Condo completely decked out in the University of Kentucky Wildcats memorabilia and Bourbon! There is a Sub Zero glass front Refrigerator, 8 Burner Wolf Gas Range & oven, Sub zero Microwave Drawer, Dish Washer, Coffee Pot, Toaster, Granite Counter Tops, Gas Fireplace, Exposed brick in back bedroom, Custom book shelves through out the condo, Washer and Dryer, and all the dishes and pots and pans you will need for cooking! Parking is located right outside of this condo. The condo sits in downtown Lexington's Historical District! Guests will receive 25% off I.V. Hydration Therapy at Foster Medical during their stay as well as $125 Urgent Treatment visits. Pets are allowed up to 80 pounds. Cats must be declawed. Pet Deposit Required.
Owner asks for guest to send Copy of AKC Registration or Certificate/Letter from Vet to verify breed.
Late check out fees:
No Charge for late check out IF Approved and up until Noon.
$50 late check out fee from 30 minutes past check out to 2pm
Half Night charged for late check out after 2pm to 5pm
Any time after 5pm guest will be charged for a full nights stay.
Quite hours are 10pm on Weekdays and Midnight on Weekends.
If police have to be called for a noise violation there will be a charge of $250 fee.
Smoking is NOT permitted in Condo or outside the front door. If you smoke you must be at least 12ft away from the front door. If smoking of ANY kind is found there will be a $500 charge.
