Situated on one of the Eight Lakes, called Thunderbird Lake, this marvelous vacation home spans 2765 sq ft under air and accommodates up to 6 guests in three king suites.
As you enter THE LAKE HOUSE, the grand entrance overwhelms with its expansive living area and a glass sliding door system that opens completely, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor spaces. The centrally located luxurious kitchen features high-end stainless-steel appliances and a large island with seating for 4. Almost every room offers breathtaking water views, allowing you to watch dolphins play while preparing your meals.
The interior design, artwork, and furniture imported from Europe and American Design collections impart a modern and airy ambiance. Enjoy a large dining table for 6 indoors and a spacious one seating 8 outdoors for your entertaining needs. The living room sectionals invite relaxation, complete with a large flat-screen TV.
For those who need to work in style, the office to the left of the entrance provides a designer workspace. The suite 2 to the right offers a California king-size leather bed, couch, walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bath with double sinks, shower, and toilet.
The primary suite, located to the right of the living room, spoils with unrestricted lake views, a modern king-size four-poster bed, walk-in closet, and an exquisite primary bath with a walk-in shower, double sinks, soaking tub, and toilet.
From the great room, a hallway to the left leads to the third suite with a California king-size leather bed, closets, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath. The bathroom is accessible from the pool area and kitchen and offers a shower, sink, and toilet. Also off the same hallway towards the front are the laundry with washer, dryer, sink, and a two-car garage with space for one guest car.
THE LAKE HOUSE is equipped with 5 flat-screen HD TVs, wireless password-protected high-speed internet, a phone line for national calls, beach towels, second linen sets, towels for every bathroom, pool towels, and a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbecue grill.

Enjoy the luxury comfort of the patio and pool deck, featuring 8 sun-chaises, a lounge area with a large outdoor TV and electrical fire feature, and a spectacular dining set that seats eight. Rent a boat with us and have it delivered right to your dock for Gulf of Mexico exploration. Please note that the boat lift is not available for tenant use, there is a designated dock area suitable for even large boats.
