Positive: Location was very convenient for us.

Negative: The room and surrounding rooms were so incredibly loud it was tough to sleep. Between the acoustics of the hallway hearing other guests to the water randomly rushing through the pipes at all hours, we struggled to sleep even with ear plugs. We were a basement floor room, perhaps higher rooms are less noisy.
