Summary: The property was clean and very well appointed. The listing did have a note that pool construction was to be completed the week before we checked in. Unfortunately the back yard was still under construction as well as the front yard was 100% sand and dirt waiting on landscaping to complete. The exterior I'm sure is a priority for the owner and contractors don't always hit schedules. We still enjoyed the stay and the house.
