Downstairs ~
Walking in the front door, you are greeted with a grand staircase leading to four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. The game room has a TV, large comfortable couch and a fooseball table. Continue into the home and you will find the kitchen is equipped to handle even the best cullinary expert in your family. These owners have thought of everything, there are drip and single cup coffee makers, along with a second fridge located just steps from the kitchen in the laundry room. There is a large dining table, with plenty of seating for everyone. While there is a plethora of space to spread out in the great room, you will still be able to chat with the chef while they prepare your feast. The laundry room is furnished with a brand new washer and dryer set, iron and ironing board and laundry detergent is provided. This home has one bedroom and one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo located on the main floor.
Upstairs ~
Head upstairs to find the remaining four bedrooms all outfitted with King size beds, Smart TV's and ceiling fans. The landing has a large desk for any remote work that may need to be taken care of during your vacation. The primary suite has an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a garden tub, walk-in shower and direct access to the balcony for the ultimate sunset viewing. The primary bedroom also has unique access to bedroom 2 through French doors which can be great for families but also has plenty of privacy for adults. Bedroom 2 can be accessed from the landing as well. The additional three upstairs bedrooms share bathroom 2 which has a separate locking tub/shower room.

Parking is limited to three cars, there are 2 garage spaces available along with one in the driveway. The HOA is very strict and does not allow trailers, commercial vehicles or RV's of any kind. Please no street parking.
