The Apartment has everything you might need to work or to study comfortably. Free airport Pick up at your arrival, 40 Mbps Internet (Wifi or Lan connection). The building Entrance and the main door of the apartment can be opened either by a digit code or Bluetooth Access App (No key is needed) It has a Queen size bed, The apartment is located very close to the Park "El Olivar" Embassies, language centers (Catholic, IPNA, Berlitz, British), banks, ATMs, notaries, restaurants, supermarkets, cafรฉs, public transport.
It is intended to be used as a temporary office with the possibility to stay overnight. It is extremely versatile, the Studio can be used as a temporary office and accommodation. The arena at the Plaza de Ancho in Rimac is where traditional bullfights take place. The bullfighting season is relatively brief running from October to November each year.
