Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very classic luxury themed hotel. Requested for a wheelchair friendly room, and they gave us an obstruction-free bathroom, easy for my with wheelchair needs to move around!

Negative: There was no slope or ramp leading to the lobby from the drop-off area. We had to use the staff entrance at the back to accommodate my mother’s wheelchair, as the front of the lobby only had steep stairs.

Summary: Lovely and classic clear hotel
