Summary: We had the BEST time and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Jimmy is very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I had read the previous review regarding the water. Since I grew up in the country myself, and I understand when it comes to wells. I booked anyway and I have no regrets. First thing I did was turn on the hot water heater and let it run out. I did this a couple of times the first 2 days. I know he plans on resolving the water issue, but it’s not as bad as the previous review stated. I will be returning to Jimmy’s place when ever I come back to Cosby!
