The Place Apartment 6 is designed for comfort, located on the second floor accessed via stairs, furnished to a modern standard. It sleeps 7 people & inside of it contains 2 x double bedroom (accessed via further stairs within the apartment), with smart TV. Within The Place Apartment 6 there is a separate living room with 1 x double sofa bed & 1 x futon bed
The kitchen has all of the appliances & accessories you would need to call the suite a second home including a microwave, oven, crockery & more! The private bathroom includes a shower over bath, toilet & basin.
There is a cleaning fee and a fully refundable damage deposit of £250 per apartment

You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in.
