Positive: I have stayed here three times and it is always exceptionally clean, the staff are all so friendly and courteous and go above and beyond. It was my birthday and whilst having our breakfast when we returned to our room the staff had left us a cake with a candle plus some bubbly with glasses as a lovely surprise-thank you
