Ideal for multiple families or large groups seeking privacy, this unique cabin can be utilized as two separate living units and provides peaceful ambience, more than 2,300 square feet of living space, 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, and features spectacular panoramic pond views, multiple decks, access to a privately owned pond with dock, boat, and fishing gear and newly added Hot Tub Room with a six person hot tub!!!
Upon entering the downstairs side, guest will instantly delight in its openness, varied dรฉcor, and numerous windows that provide awesome views of the nearby pond and wildlife. The spacious living area features comfortable leather couches, a large Samsung Smart TV with Samsung TV plus and access to streaming apps, that opens to the Kitchen/Dining space. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances and cookware to cook and serve meals, has a counter with bar stool seating, and adjoins the dining area that has a country style dining table and access to the lower level wrap around deck. The lower level includes two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms: A King master bedroom with TV and ensuite bathroom, guest room with a full and twin sized bed, and a powder room near the kitchen.
The upstairs side offers approximately 1,000 square feet of living space including: main living area with super comfy couches, flat screen Samsung TV with Samsung TV plus and streaming apps, kitchenette with mini fridge/microwave, Keurig, and dry bar, and three bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The Master Queen Bedroom has a queen sized bed with TV with streaming apps, ensuite bathroom with laundry area, and deck access and pond views. The 2nd bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and private balcony with seating to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while overlooking the pond. The bunk bedroom features 3 twin over twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids and is conveniently located near the full guest bathroom.
The most rewarding experiences to be had by staying here are by getting outdoors and taking advantage of its amenities and close proximity to popular places for family fun and entertainment. With a private pond, aluminum boat with oars and fishing gear, multiple decks and propane grills; family fun and memories will always take place at the cabin. However, for those seeking adventure outside of the home, The nearby Woodland Lake Park has 4 miles of hiking trails, grilling areas, and a children's playground and recommended places to eat are: Charlie Clark's Steakhouse, Darbi's Cafe, Grumpy Jake's, The Lion's Den Bar and Grill, and the Red Devil Restaurant & Bar. If the Adults need a break from nature, a short drive will get you to the Truck Stop featuring out of town vendors and live music and The Hon Dah Casino that offers gaming, live entertainment, and an all you can eat buffet. For the kids, head to the nearby WME Village 8, Big Kid Collectibles, and the White Mountain Family Fun Park.
A scenic thirty minute drive will get you to the Sunrise Park Resort that provides both Winter and Summer outdoor activities to entertain the entire family. During the winter, Skiing and Snowboarding are the things to do, but in the summer, the park offers: lift-served mountain bike trails, an air bag jump, super slide, zip-line, bungee jump, 45 foot rock climbing wall, archery, disc golf, and bouncy house for the little ones. Additionally, the area is surrounded by several lakes that offer some of the best trout fishing in the State!
