Welcome to Sunkissed Southgate: a luxury beach house boasting a large tropical paradise-inspired backyard, four spacious bedrooms, and an open layout for entertaining. The prime location puts you just up the road from the inter-costal (boating trips!), dining, shopping, entertainment and minutes from the beach. You can't get any better than this!

The Sunkissed Southgate has a completely fenced in backyard for your furry friends to enjoy just as much as you do!
The home features a beautiful layout where you can eat, play, and relax in a central, open layout overlooking the beautiful pool and backyard. Grill or relax from the sun under the custom built 10x10 ft chickee hut (passed down from generations of tried and true design by members of the Seminole Indian Tribe).
The location is amazing - soak up the water activities, sports (including some of the best cricket fields in Palm Beach!), nightlife, beaches, premier dining and shopping!
The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality kitchenware, stainless steel appliances, and an adequately stocked pantry-cabinet.
Each bedroom features soft, premium bedding and plenty of space to meet of your comfort needs.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom that features a bathroom en-suite, a premium king bed, and a walk-in closet for all your storage needs!
Bedroom 2 & 3: Queen-sized beds with fluffly linens. Each room has its unique style and look.
Bedroom 4: Full-sized bed with a vintage take on the beach house style! This rooms features a Smart Roku TV.
Two pets (dogs only) maximum per stay. $35/night per pup. If pet is found upon arrival or to have occupied the home without prior approval, $75/night pet fee will be charged.
** There is a $500 security deposit that will be taken in addition to the reservation amount. This is fully refundable.

Summary: The property was not as advertised as it was located in a residential area, and not very close to beaches. I had noticed in the reviews that cleanliness was a factor and since they said the property manager was aware, we assumed that months later they would be addressed. No. The biggest negative for us was that there was evidence of mold inside and outside the home and also the grill was Filthy and there was no lighter to light it. We purchased a grill rack from Amazon and used it during our stay and took it home with us and we also bought a lighter and left that amongst the whole host of other things Like a drain board, mutts, Ziploc bags, etc. We did have an issue with the air conditioning and we were without it for several days. The host was very responsive. Every time we texted and message through Vrbo, but there were a couple of very white days for our family working remotely. Note that we were given a refund for half of the days without AC. to compensate us for this. This is a very residential where all people live there all year-round and were not welcoming to renters and they were a couple of loud parties and many many cars parked in the street leaning over into the street and there was two nights that we felt uncomfortable in the home. We have already booked our home for next year. We have already booked our home for next year. Final note, the house was put on the market on February 9 and several times People would park and look in the house windows!!
