Positive: The location is a tranquil oasis in Downtown Sarasota surrounded by low rise dwellings and lots of trees, not what you expect in walking distance of many bars and restaurants in a city. The 270 degree panorama from the top floor has the place flooded with light. It is a 5 minute drive to a Publix store so all you need is nearby. When you've been to the amazing beaches nearby (15 minute drive) it's so perfect to get back to the quiet leafy comfort this place offers. Full cooking facilities make it perfect. Owner who lives separately next door couldn't have been better, helped out and made every effort to ensure a great stay, even when we arrived early!
