We pride ourselves in the caring culture of our company and the outpouring of support for our ‘Ohana on Maui, who have endured such loss. While the community continues to grieve while rebuilding, we ask that you use extra care in your interactions with our staff and extend that care and compassion for the community at large due to the tragedy. As you may be aware, Maui continues efforts to recover after the devastating wildfires that destroyed Lahaina and surrounding areas in August 2023. Given the current conditions in West Maui, we want to ensure you have all the details about what to expect during your upcoming visit:

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
