Summary: Room was clean and had everything we needed for our one night but the mattress was far too soft, pillows were flat and the green emergency light far to bright for such a small room. Hindered our sleep. We advised the staff there that we would have an early check out of 6.30am the next day so we ordered a breakfast tray to takeaway. We were told it would be left outside our door by 11pm that night. We didn’t receive the breakfast and no one was present at check out. We therefore text the emergency telephone number to let someone know and to let them know where we left the key (since there was no return key box) and we still haven’t had a response. For the price we paid we didn’t receive the service expected.
