Positive: Excellent location, quiet with very easy short walk into Grasmere and parking for 2-3 cars.

Negative: A great renovation that has good quality fixtures and fittings but needs a bit of maintenance and a thorough clean. Eg. downstairs bathroom - no seal at back of sink so black mould. Base of taps haven’t been cleaned properly for a while and additional hose on shower missing. Damp stains on ceiling in hall way etc. Nothing major but small maintenance jobs that collectively detract from what is a lovely property that is very well located and equipped.
