1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $12 per night for each guest beyond 6, up to the maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
2. Pet Fee Policy: We love hosting furry companions, and our pet policy is designed to be fair for both short-term and long-term stays. Please note that we only allow dogs and our pet fee is structured as follows:
-First pet: $25 per night for the first 10 nights, up to a maximum of $250.
- Each additional pets: $10 per night for the first 10 nights, up to a maximum of $100 per pet.
- Maximum of three (3) pets per stay.
- When we say pets we mean dogs and cats only.
