It is bright and comfortably furnished, including a dishwasher, new bathroom with whirlpool, beautiful terrace and cozy living area on the second floor with access to two balconies. From one of them you have a beautiful sea view. Access to the new bathroom is via S3. The house is located in a naturally beautiful cottage area by the Little Belt, only about 12 km from Assens. The area offers a small outdoor swimming pool. In Assens there are golf courses in Glamsberg and Barløse, you can play soccer golf in Ebberup.
