Summary: This was exactly what we needed. Quiet residential neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen and bath. Great space -- plenty of room to eat, set up for remote work, or just hang out. Easy walk to the beach -- path outside the neighborhood makes it safe, and takes about 35-40 minutes from driveway to sand. Love the patio area with twinkle lights at night. Host was super responsive and even shared terrific restaurant recommendations. Can't wait to go back!
