5 private parking spaces. Parade route is approximately 100 yards from town home. Private back patio and yard are exceptional for hosting Mardi Gras festivities! Fully furnished private town home. Some Mardi Gras decor will be provided. Inside and outside. Air conditioned/heated unattached garage. Perfect for serving guests. All cooking supplies included! 55” televisions in bedrooms and in living area. Double reclining couch in living area. Can sleep 6-8. FULLY furnished galley kitchen. Nespresso coffee machine. ( pods NOT included). This rental will be for the week of Mardi Gras 2023. Parades on route are Friday night. Sunday day time. Monday night and Fat Tuesday all day! Great seafood at several local restaurants.
